“That which sees is already all-knowing and unlimited potential.”
The Swifter Four Questions deliver the realization, swiftly and clearly, that what you are (your real identity) is not a body-mind-person that is experiencing life in a world. Rather, your real identity is the “Light” of Being-Awareness. The Light is the power, the only power, and all forms are crystallized into appearance by Its unlimited power to conceive and animate.
To experience your real identity as Being-Awareness is the most significant thing that can happen to you. It is awakening to the fact of your limitless, immortal Self. It is the end of fear, anxiety, and sense of separation. It reveals that any limiting self-concept is only an idea–even though it may be a cherished idea. Even if I presently conceive myself to be good, bad, a success or a failure; even if I conceive myself to be a separate, individual person, the presence of my Being-Awareness remains ever the same—indivisible, impersonal, ever-present—regardless of the believed self-concept.
The Swifter Four Questions is an inquiry process that awakens awareness within. It cuts through the need to “understand” via the measuring, reasoning mind. It is an experiential realization, “I am the perceiver and animating force of all that is perceived; I see and empower the thinking process engaging and identifying with personalized feelings.”
Further, never is the reverse true, “thoughts perceive Me, feelings see Me, thoughts perceive themselves, feelings feel themselves.” As such I AM is the ruling, all-knowing Intelligence. I AM is aware and is the only seeing power by which all is seen, known, and registered.
To realize experientially your real Self, the needed action is to “take out the trash.” The Swifter Four Questions are awakened questions that release involvement and identification with stressful, limiting “I” thoughts and “me” feelings. By the release of involvement and identification, the “trash” effortlessly dissolves.
What, then, can disturb or stress or harm my real identity as Being-Awareness? Awakening to this truth is liberation, freedom from being tyrannized by thoughts and feelings!
